The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia introduced 5% VAT on goods and services from 1 January 2019. We will issue a VAT-inclusive invoice once our tax registration is complete. Until such time, payments will be processed and invoices will be issued without VAT.

This is a non-residential conference so you are required to complete your own hotel booking(s). Please contact your preferred hotel directly or email IPTC's official travel partner for assistance.
IPTC attendees travelling to Saudi Arabia must be in possession of passports valid for at least 6 months on arrival; attendees must hold a visa to enter Saudi Arabia issued by the appropriate authorities prior to departure from their home countries.
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to Saudi Arabia. IPTC delegates and visitors can contact their local Saudi Arabia Embassy or Consulate to confirm visa requirements or IPTC's official travel partner for travel and visa assistance.
